Standardized Production Preparation
Before foam filling, rubber tires are pre-shaped through controlled air inflation and temperature baking. PU formulations are accurately weighed and mixed, while mould concentricity, bead width, and tread alignment are precisely adjusted.

During production, machine parameters, foam density, and A/B compound ratios are continuously monitored. Production data is recorded every 30 minutes, and center hardness checks are conducted whenever raw materials are replaced.
