Aleader first launched its polyurethane manufacturing line in Xiamen after its founding in 2015, then moved all core production workshops to Longyan Innovation Park in 2023 to build a dual-operation mode separating material research and mass output. The group runs two separate professional subsidiary arms. Our Xiamen branch is stationed within the CAS Haixi Rare Earth Materials Research Institute, acting as an internal material testing lab and external technical exchange hub. The UNT division based in Longyan specializes in PU and PIR heat preservation boards for ventilation pipelines plus supporting installation fittings. Our flagship Longyan manufacturing base solely develops and produces microcellular PU wheels for rehabilitation mobility devices, creating a dual-industry layout spanning mobility spare parts and construction thermal insulation goods.

These include high-grip wet-condition tyres, ultra-low weight PU wheels built for carbon fiber mobility gear, lightweight ETPU microcellular wheels via supercritical foaming, and self-repair foam-filled tyres fitted with built-in sealing layers. Moving forward, we intend to broaden the application scope of modified polyurethane polymers and expand our lightweight wheel component lineup. This all-rubber-free foam integrated wheel abandons air-filled inner chambers entirely, crafted with proprietary modified polyether polyurethane raw stock through one-step microcell foaming molding. The compact compacted foam matrix eliminates the common road hazard of tyre blowouts caused by sharp foreign objects. Tuned elastic rigidity balances load capacity and road shock absorption, suitable for daily outdoor and indoor low-speed transport vehicles. Every finished wheel undergoes full mechanical performance testing before delivery, freeing equipment operators from frequent patching, air refilling and pressure inspection cycles throughout the whole service life.
