Microcellular solid PU wheels stand as our flagship offering and capture 70% of total sales output. High-rebound foam semi-finished goods and one-piece integral foam fittings each make up 10% of total revenue, whereas PU sponge base stock and hard foam structural inserts for carbon wheelchairs separately account for 5%. Our wheel items sustain steady long-term OEM partnerships with worldwide manufacturers of electric wheelchairs, elderly scooters and commercial robots. Our rebound foam acts as stable raw material supplier for global bedding giant Sealy, while tailor-made integral foam pieces are widely used for medical handrails, rehab cushions and child seats, plus lightweight hard fillers for fishing gear and aircraft model components.

The enterprise fully implements ISO9001:2015 international quality standards and obtains IAF mutual recognition certificates. A full set of standard operation documents covers document control, internal audit, equipment calibration, closed-loop defective product correction and senior management review. Full-chain quality supervision includes incoming screening, real-time workshop monitoring and random semi-finished sampling. All environmental test reports are issued by third-party SGS to meet import audit standards of all countries worldwide.

The customer service division operates independently, fully separated from sales teams, building exclusive one-on-one efficient communication channels to deliver one-stop core services including drawing verification, sample follow-up, mass order scheduling and post-delivery assembly troubleshooting. The enterprise flexibly launches three purchasing cooperation plans: small trial lots for new items, medium restock orders for brand distributors and full OEM bulk orders for complete equipment manufacturers.
