This 8-inch solid tyre features a scientifically optimized tread width exclusive to small mobility devices. Different from narrow tread wheels that are prone to side slipping and wandering, its reasonable grounding width forms stable contact with flat ground and slightly undulating roads. It effectively corrects offset rolling during manual pushing and electric driving, maintaining straight travel track at low and medium speeds. This targeted design greatly enhances driving stability for daily short-distance travel of wheelchairs and portable scooters.
The tyre outer layer adopts upgraded anti-aging polyurethane formula, which adapts to long-term indoor and semi-outdoor alternating use. It resists fading, hardening and brittle cracking caused by indoor light irradiation, humid air and occasional outdoor sunlight exposure. Unlike ordinary PU tyres that turn yellow and crack after long-term use, it retains intact surface texture and stable structural toughness, maintaining consistent use performance in all daily environments.
Formed by one-time high-precision mold integral molding, the tyre achieves ultra-high roundness with no irregular bulges or local depressions on the tread. It avoids the jitter and unsmooth rolling caused by uneven wheel shape during operation. Even in continuous reciprocating movement, the wheel runs smoothly and coherently, reducing subtle body shaking of mobility equipment and bringing steady, fluent using experience for users.
The tyre sidewall is designed with flexible and tough structural characteristics, which can adapt to frequent road condition switching such as floor threshold gaps, carpet edges and slight road steps. When passing through height differences, the flexible sidewall produces mild adaptive deformation to buffer instantaneous resistance, avoiding sudden jolts or stuck situations. It improves the trafficability of small mobility equipment in complex home and community road conditions.

Full Industrial Growth Chronology
In November 2015, the Xiamen tire processing entity completed business registration and formally accepted mass orders from global clients. In July 2017, all production lines were fully transferred to our self-owned standard Longyan industrial park for centralized capacity upgrading. A dedicated tire subsidiary was registered in July 2020 to build automatic exclusive production lines for rehab tires. Our Xiamen R&D station moved into CAS co-built joint lab in March 2023. Aleader Longyan settled in the park in May the same year, kicking off stable mass production of mobility PU wheels and duct insulation boards.

Our full PU product series covers five segmented commercial tracks: rehabilitation mobility equipment includes electric wheelchairs, medical nursing beds and adult walkers; civil transport goods cover baby strollers, shared e-bikes and lightweight scooters; intelligent industrial machinery contains service robots, multi-purpose trolleys and small farm machinery; lightweight special components fit carbon wheelchairs and professional fishing tackle; Xinyonghua's PU/PIR boards act as matching materials for central air ducts.
University-enterprise Co-research Center & Expert Technical Empowerment
In 2023, our factory co-built a standard shared research lab with Xiamen Rare Earth Institute, CAS, constructing exclusive experimental space to independently develop IP-owned new polymer materials and realize mass production. Meanwhile, long in-depth technical cooperation is established with Professor Tang's research group from Sichuan University Polymer School to tackle research subjects of modified PU and innovative foaming systems. Our internal tech team owns over 20 years of frontline PU manufacturing experience, independently finishing raw formula iteration, custom mold design and full-range product upgrading.
