Our enterprise kicked off polymer PU research projects in Xiamen in 2015. After multiple rounds of capacity expansion and factory relocation, intelligent production premises were built in Longyan Science & Innovation Park in 2023, forming a dual-operation mode of innovation hub and large-scale manufacturing zone. The group operates two independent business divisions. Our Xiamen research base settles at CAS Haixi Rare Earth Institute, cooperating with top material specialists to develop new raw formulas over the long run. Two Longyan workshops take separate tasks: the core workshop mass-produces microcellular PU wheels for mobility aids, while Xinyonghua plant focuses on PU/PIR air duct insulation panels and full installation accessories.

Our product system centers on modified polyurethane forming technology, covering five core product categories with differentiated market positioning. Microcellular solid PU tires account for 70% of overall sales volume, serving as our flagship core product. High-resilience foam blanks and integral skin molded accessories each take up 10% of sales, while PU sponge raw materials and carbon fiber wheelchair rigid foam fillers each occupy 5% of total turnover. Our PU wheel series maintains long-term OEM matching ties with global electric wheelchair, mobility scooter and service robot brands. High-resilience foam supplies well-known international bedding brand Sealy. Custom integral skin foam parts are widely adopted for medical armrests, rehabilitation cushions and infant safety seats; rigid foam inserts are widely applied to carbon fiber wheelchairs, fishing tackle and model aircraft accessories.

The brand carries out clear internal functional segmentation, setting up a standalone client support team fully decoupled from sales divisions with exclusive standardized service procedures. This dedicated team delivers end-to-end buyer assistance, covering pre-production drawing confirmation, prototype sample progress monitoring, mass manufacturing schedule tracking, and post-shipment assembly fault resolution. We offer flexible procurement alternatives to match varied purchaser requirements: tiny test lots for newly developed items, medium restock consignments for brand distributors, and full large-volume OEM manufacturing for finished equipment producers. Our factory maintains an annual output of roughly two million PU tires and matching foam fittings, with steady shipment capacity to sustain long-run bulk inventory cooperation with international collaborators.

The enterprise's core medium & long-term development direction: deeply participate in drafting segmented PU industrial standards, continuously deepen raw formula iteration and refined supporting services, and steadily expand global trade channels. The long-term strategic goal is to build a full-chain integrated PU service supplier, supply high-performance polymer materials and complete integrated solutions worldwide, and build a sustainable positive industrial ecosystem with domestic and overseas partners.
