2: Where is your factory located? Can I visit?

Our factory is located in Longyan City, Fujian Province, China. Our Office is located in Xiamen City, Fujian Province. All our clients are warmly welcomed to visit us!

 

3: What are your trading terms?

1) Lead Time: Normally 30-35 days after receiving deposit.

2) Payment Terms: T/T (bank transfer), 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.

3) Price Terms: FOB, CNF, and CIF.

4) Sample policy: Samples are always available for each model. Samples can be ready within 7 days upon receiving the sample payment.

5) Departure Port: Xiamen. We can adjust according to your needs.

4: What are your company’s payment terms?

 T/T, Irrevocable L/C at sight, PayPal, Western Union.

 

5: How can I get samples?

We charge sample fees and freight charges and deliver the sample by express via UPS, FEDEX, DHL etc. Freight charges are to be paid by the customer.

 

6: How do I pay for the samples?
You can pay through our Alibaba online shop or to our company account directly. When we receive the sample fee, we will arrange the samples immediately. Samples normally ship in 5-10 days.

 

7: How does your factory ensure quality control?

In our factory, we perform the following procedures to ensure quality and optimal performance:

1. Incoming material control: our chemical raw materials are purchased from world famous brands, including DOWS, Basf and Air Products. We also do incoming inspections on all of our tire and wheel materials. 

2. Inspections during production and after production on all of our products.

3. After the tires are assembled, our testing includes side impact crash testing, rolling drum testing and bump testing to ensure the product’s quality and safety.

 

8: Can my logo or brand be printed on the product?

Yes, OEM and ODM are both available upon request. For our polyurethane  tires, we can print your brand on the tire and the rim. For our foam-filled tires, we can print your brand only on the rim. In order to do so, we will need to create a custom mold, so a mold fee will be incurred and production time will be increased.

 

9: How do I request a quotation?
Please provide us your tire and wheel need specifications, such as diagrams, pictures, drawings or data sheets. We will reply with a quotation within one working day.


10: Can you ship different products in a single shipment container?

Yes, any products you order can be shipped together.

 

11. Do you accept OEM service?

Yes, OEM service is available on all production lines, including the use of your company’s logos and labels. With our research team’s more than 15 year’s experience, we are confident can satisfy your company’s needs. 

 

12. Can I design the packaging for my products?

Yes, packaging can be printed with your logo and in your local language.

 

13: What is the warranty on your products?

 Our warranty is one year for the main frame (tire and rim).

 

14: What certificates have your products received?

ISO 9001:2015, ROHS 2.0, Reach SVHC, PAHS, Phthalate 6P by SGS.

16: What about the lead time for samples and mass production?

For a regular sample, we can send it out within 7 days.

For mass production of polyurethane tires we can ship within 25 days if the mold is already available. If the mold needs to be specially made, we can ship within 35 days.

For foam filled tires, our average production time is 20-25 days if the required rubber tires are available. If the rubber tire need to be specially made, we can ship within 45-60 days.

We offer some discounts on large orders.

 

18: What’s the process for purchasing your products?

19. How are your products packaged?
Generally we use 5-layer packing boxes for packaging our products, with plastic wrap surrounding it. We can alter the packaging as per your specific requirements.



20. What are your terms of delivery?
A: We usually do FOB terms of delivery. Our export port is Xiamen.

If you have any special requirements we are happy to negotiate different terms to meet your needs.


21. Can you produce according to my samples?
Yes, we can produce as per your original samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds as per your requirements.

 

22. What testing do you perform on the tires during and after production?

We perform the following seven tests:

23. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

For our polyurethane solid tires, the MOQ is 300 pieces.
For our foam filled solid tires, for sizes below 10 inches the MOQ is 300 pieces, and for 10 inches and above the MOQ is 200 pieces.


24. Do you allow small orders?

 Yes, orders that are under our MOQ can be produced at a higher price.

 


25. What are your company’s advantages compared to other vendors?

26: What sizes can you supply?
For polyurethane tires, we can produce 5 to 26 inch models.

For foam filled tires, we can produce 7 to 14 inch models.

We can customize the size as per your requirements.


27: Can you produce wheels in any color?

Yes, for our polyurethane tires, we can produce any color. For our foam filled tires, the internal foam can be produced in any color but the external rubber tire can be supplied in only gray and black.


28. I like your design, but could not find the model I’m looking for in your product catalog. Are custom sizes available?
Yes, we can produce custom sizes of the tire you need. You will be required to pay for the production of the mold, but for every 10,000 pieces ordered, the fee for one mold will be refunded to you (20,000 pieces, 2 molds refunded, etc).


29.I don't have any drawings or pictures available for the customized products I need. Could you design it for me?
Yes, we can make create the design for you as long as we get the necessary details from you, such as:
a) dimensions, b) load capacity requirements, c) speed requirements, etc.

 

30: What materials are in your products?

For PU tires, the main material is polyurethane foam.

For foam filled tires, the materials are polyurethane and rubber.

 

31. What is brand of rubber tires do you use?

We mainly use the most famous rubber tire brands: Cheng Shin and INNOVA.

 

32. What is the difference between foam filled tires, PU foam tires and PU Inserts?

A. Foam filled tires: the outside is rubber, the inside is filled with polyurethane foam. During production, we fill the polyurethane foam directly into the rubber tire and the foam and rubber stick to each other.

B. PU inserts: The polyurethane insert is separate from the rubber and is easily removable/replaceable. During production, we produce PU insert on its own, and the insert can be placed into the rubber tire by us or by the user.

C. PU Foam Tires: The PU foam tire is made entirely of PU foam, without needing a rubber tire on the outside.

 

33. What is the advantage of foam filled tires compared with PU tires?

A. The coefficient of friction on foam filled rubber tires is higher than on PU tires.

A. Durability: the lifespan of foam filled tires is generally longer than PU tires.

 

34. Who are your current customers?

Right now, we are an OEM supplier for Pride as well as some of the OEM factories of Sunrise in China, such as Linix, CCL, Jiangtex Motor, and Innuovo.

 

35. What are your products testing standards?

We test our tires and wheels as per the international standard ISO7176.

 

36. How do you perform your durability tests?

First, we weigh the tire before testing. Then, we weigh it again after the machine has rotated at 200,000 rpm.  For foam filled tires, our standard for durability is that the tires will have lost 20g or less by the end of the test. For PU tires, it will lose around 10gsm.

 

37. What is the usual lifespan of your tires?

If used 40km or less per day, we suggest you replace our tires every two years.
