1、Jiangsu INTCO Medical Products Co., Ltd. - INTCO
Since INTCO already had a mature supply chain system, Aleader started partnering with them as an alternative supplier on some projects. In the second half of 2017, INTCO’s took on an important project, a project supplying products for a foreign government, a project which required timely delivery. This was a very important project for the company, so the entire procurement process was arranged quickly with their original supplier. However, their tire supplier suddenly changed their estimated delivery dates, risking a delay in shipment. INTCO’s leadership discussed transferring the order to Aleader. In order to ensure the demand of INTCO's shipments, our employees worked overtime and we were able to arrange production and shipment of our products to INTCO, allowing them to meet their original delivery timeframe to their customer. Our company's production efficiency, quick execution, rapid response and sharp focus on customer service made a huge impression on INTCO, which eventually resulted in all of Inco’s electric wheelchair tire production being transferred to Aleader. Last year, in order to better serve its downstream customers, INTCO sought to shorten the delivery time on its orders from 45 days to 25 days, and since then Aleader has been able to provide an average delivery time of about 20 days for INTCO on all orders, allowing them to meet their goal.
Aleader stepped in to supply INTCO with tires on a very important project at a time when their original supplier delayed their order, and since then we’ve helped them accomplish their goal of cutting delivery time in half on all of their orders.
2. Chongqing Maotian Machinery Co., Ltd. - Maotian
Aleader’s partnership with Maotian resulted in a return on our first shipment of goods. After we received the request, our general manager took the opportunity to go to Chongqing to handle the complaint in person and resolve the issues for the re-shipment of our tires. In Chongqing, through face-to-face communication, Maotian and Aleader determined that the wheel design of their product was not matching our tires correctly. In addition to that, quality certification issues between our two companies were resolved as well. Our company was able to resolve these problems by matching the wheel with a newly designed tire mold and the quality certification issues were resolved as well. The partnership between Aleader and Maotian has been strong ever since.
Aleader quickly solved a compatibility issue with Maotian by flying to company headquarters to resolve the issue face to face.
3. Nanjing Kangni Mechanical & Electrical Co, Ltd. - Kangni
Kangni sought to enter the field of high-end multi-functional wheelchairs, and over three years with tens of millions of dollars in research and development costs, they were able to develop several highperformance multi-functional wheelchair models. However, they faced a major issue in finding a suitable tire supplier for their high-performance wheelchairs. In their comparison test of more than ten tire suppliers, our products won out. Kangni chose our products because of our advanced development system and the unique technical advantages of our tires and they chose us as the exclusive supplier for their wheelchairs going forward. We worked with Kangni to develop a customized wheel design that matched well with their products and at the same time Kangni put forward a quality acceptance standard far higher than the industry standard. They required the front wheel yaw to be below 0.8MM and the rear wheel yaw to be at 1.2MM, while the industry standard is 2MM. With our advanced technical team, our products were able to meet their requirements and our partnership has been strong ever since.
Aleader won out in a head-to-head comparison of tires for a high-performance wheelchair for Kangni and supplied them with tires that have technical performance far exceeding the industry standards.
