In November 2015, Xiamen tire manufacturer finished business registration and started mass order production. In July 2017, all production equipment moved to self-owned Longyan plant for the first capacity expansion. A wholly-owned tire subsidiary was registered in July 2020, with exclusive automatic molding lines for rehabilitation goods added. In March 2023, Xiamen R&D station settled in CAS to build a shared lab. In May 2023, the Longyan new material enterprise settled in local innovation park, putting PU mobility tire and insulation board core lines into operation to fully realize dual-business layout.

University-enterprise Joint R&D Lab & Professor Technical Support
In 2023, we built a standard shared R&D lab together with Xiamen Rare Earth Institute, CAS, developing patented polymer materials for mass production with shared lab space. We maintain long in-depth technical cooperation with Professor Tang's team from Sichuan University to tackle modified PU and innovative foaming systems. Our internal R&D team owns over 20 years of frontline PU manufacturing experience, capable of independent formula upgrading, custom mold design and full-range product renovation.
Our factory fully complies with ISO9001:2015 quality standards and holds IAF mutual recognition certificates. A full set of standard documents covers document control, internal audit, equipment calibration, defective rectification and senior management review. Full quality supervision runs from raw materials to finished delivery with random semi-finished sampling. All environmental test reports are issued by third-party SGS, and all indicators meet global import & export inspection standards.
