"Aleader New Materials" was established in Xiamen in 2015 and established a production base in Longyan. As a technology enterprise in the R&D and production of polyurethane products, we integrate innovation and quality, and our products cover PU microporous elastomer solid tires, high-resilience products, integral skin products, sponge products and carbon fiber wheelchair PU rigid foam fillers.
The company has a perfect management system, advanced testing equipment, products in line with ISO7176, GB/T18029, GB/T12996, ISO9001 and other standards, through ROHS, REACH environmental protection testing, infant products up to GS safety standards, bicycle tires by TUV testing certification.
With more than 20 years of experience in polyurethane R&D and an innovative R&D team, Aleader cooperates with the Institute of Rare Earths of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the School of Polymer Science and Engineering of Sichuan University to promote technology development and product innovation.

5) By observing Aleader's PU polyurethane tires under a scanning electron microscope (SEM), we can clearly see their unique open-cell structure and simultaneously identify the uniformity and stability of their pore distribution, with most pore diameters concentrated in the range of 50 to 100 microns. These characteristics enhance the performance of Aleader tires even further.
