Foam filled tires and filled wheels are solid structural wheels that do not need to be inflated, and are commonly used in equipment such as scooters, wheelchairs, tool carts, etc. The foam filled tire is made of rubber or polyurethane as the core material, which is integrally formed through the mold, and there is no cavity inside, which is directly sleeved on the rim; The foam filled wheel is the overall structure of the combination of the tire and the hub, eliminating the assembly step of the traditional wheel.
The core advantages of the two are to avoid the risk of puncture and air leakage, no need for daily inflation maintenance, and are suitable for complex road conditions (such as gravel roads and construction sites). Rubber filled tires have moderate elasticity, wear resistance and aging resistance;  Although they are slightly inferior to pneumatic tires in terms of extreme shock absorption, they are maintenance-free and highly durable, making them the preferred accessories for outdoor work and short-distance transportation.
