Established in 2015, our brand first launched polyurethane manufacturing operations in Xiamen and later transferred all core production workshops to Longyan Innovation Park in 2023, creating a dual-site operational mode split between technical research hub and large-scale production base. The enterprise runs two separate specialized affiliates with distinct business focuses. Our Xiamen division is stationed within the CAS Haixi Rare Earth Research Institute, acting as our central material testing lab and external technical exchange platform. The UNT factory in Longyan develops and sells PU/PIR air duct insulation boards alongside supporting installation fittings, while our flagship Longyan plant solely manufactures microcellular PU wheels for medical mobility devices, building a dual-line industrial layout covering mobility spare parts and construction heat preservation materials.

All our goods are built around modified polyurethane shaping craft, split into five distinct product lines with targeted market orientations. Microcellular solid PU wheels stand as our flagship item, contributing 70% of total sales. High-rebound foam stock and one-piece skin-molded components each make up 10% of revenue, whereas PU sponge raw stock and rigid foam inserts for carbon wheelchairs each account for 5%. Our wheel range supplies OEM parts to worldwide brands of power wheelchairs, scooters and service robots over long-term partnerships. Our rebound foam acts as a steady supplier to global bedding label Sealy. Bespoke molded foam pieces fit medical armrests, rehab cushions and child car seats, and rigid foam inserts serve lightweight components for fishing gear and model planes.

To guarantee stable functionality and extended service lifespan for every batch of our polyurethane wheels, our in-house testing lab carries out a full set of standardized verification procedures. Every finished wheel must pass a strict series of physical property checks before leaving production lines. The inspection roster includes roller rolling endurance testing, material rebound performance measurement, static pressure deformation assessment, static shape recovery detection, load rebound verification, lateral impact resistance examination, as well as circular runout tolerance inspection. Each test targets different mechanical weaknesses, so we can fully confirm the wheels' durability, load capacity and dimensional stability under real daily usage scenarios.

Our whole plant strictly follows ISO 9001:2015 management norms to build a full-cycle quality closed loop, ranging from raw material incoming screening, real-time production tracking, semi-finished random sampling, full finished product testing to post-delivery quality tracing. Standard operation manuals regulate every manufacturing and testing step. Our goods hold various authoritative credentials: mobility wheel products conform to ISO7176 and GB/T18029, bike PU wheels gain TUV safety approval, and foam parts for kids satisfy European GS rules. All eco-performance assessments are issued by third-party SGS labs, which fully meet entry standards for European, American and Southeast Asian import markets.
