What is Polyurethane Tires and Wheels?

Aleader's Polyurethane Tires and Wheels are solid, non-inflatable wheelsets molded in one piece using polyurethane raw materials in a foaming process, and are widely used in equipment such as wheelchairs, electric scooters, storage carts, and small construction machinery.

The production process cures the liquid polyurethane foam through a mold, forming an integral structure that is porous on the inside and dense on the outside, and the tires and wheel hubs are often designed as an integrated unit without additional assembly.

The high elasticity of the polyurethane material and the lightweight advantage of the foaming process: the internal porous structure can cushion the bumps on the road, and the shock absorption is better than that of ordinary rubber solid wheels; the outer dense surface layer is anti-abrasion and puncture-resistant to avoid the risk of pneumatic tire blowout.

As a customizable product, Aleader's Polyurethane Tires and Wheels can be adapted to different scenarios by adjusting the foam density according to load-bearing requirements, or by customizing the size and tread pattern according to equipment specifications.
