2.Testing Methods Of Wheelchair Tires
1) Running Test
Load requirement: single wheel load capacity (load capacity standard refers to the maximum load capacity of the whole vehicle, and is calculated as the load capacity of a single wheel) 2. Standard measurements: roll diameter: 25+/1.5cm, Impact Block Standard Width: 36mm, Height: 12+/1mm, Angle: R6+/-1 degrees 3. Testing speed requirements: power wheelchair: 6km/h; manual wheelchair: 3.6km/h
2) Resilience Test
After the tire is assembled, it is placed at a height of about 1.5m and allowed to fall freely, then we observe and measure the wheel's rebound height. The calculation is: Rebound height/Fall height*100%=Rebound Rat
3) Static Load Deformation Test
According to requirments of the standard test,load a single wheel and then measure its deformation. The load was tested for 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 120 minutes and 24 hours, respectively. (Some customers have requirements for pressure deformation).
