Products Introduction

Product Profile
Crafted with genuine Innova rubber outer shells and custom-blended microcellular urethane fill, these airless tyres are purpose-built for everyday mobility equipment. Innova is a seasoned tyre maker with decades of manufacturing know-how; its rubber bodies have undergone rigorous real-road and endurance trials, featuring a reliable compound and remarkable structural sturdiness.
We utilise professional rotary pouring alongside full vacuum filling techniques to infuse high-performance liquid urethane into the inner cavity of standard Innova tyres. Once thermally set at a steady temperature, the filling material bonds fully to the inner surface of the rubber shell. The end result is a unified composite build, free from hollow spaces or loose internal components.
This dual-material design outperforms conventional pneumatic tyres and basic solid rubber alternatives, drawing on the unique merits of both materials. The outer rubber layer delivers reliable traction and strong wear resistance, while the embedded urethane foam offers dependable support and soft shock absorption.
Designed for all-day use on electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters, the tyres adapt well to a wide range of surfaces, from indoor hallways and hospital walkways to residential streets, urban pavements and gentle slopes. Manufactured in line with official specifications for medical mobility gear, they work perfectly as original factory parts, replacement spares, and bulk supplies for rehab centres, medical retailers and equipment brands.

Quality Checks & Certifications
We oversee quality at every stage, from raw material intake through to the final product. Before full production, every batch of Innova rubber casings is sampled and tested for hardness, tensile strength and abrasion resistance. During filling and curing, our technicians carry out hourly checks to ensure the urethane fills evenly and cures properly.
Once complete, all tyres go through a full round of professional testing in our in-house lab. This includes wear resistance checks, UV aging tests, salt spray corrosion tests, static load assessments and long-distance rolling durability trials. Every result is logged and stored for traceability.
This tyre meets ISO7176, GB/T18029 and other key standards for rehabilitation and mobility equipment. All materials used are certified to EU RoHS and REACH requirements, with no harmful volatile compounds. The product is safe and odour-free in use, making it suitable for import and sale in medical and rehabilitation markets worldwide.

About Our Company

Company Overview
Aleader got its start in Xiamen back in 2015, before expanding operations with large-scale production facilities in Longyan. We're a technology-driven manufacturer focused on developing and producing polyurethane materials and finished components, primarily serving the rehabilitation, mobility and medical equipment sectors.
Drawing on more than two decades of hands-on experience in polyurethane formulation, we maintain ongoing technical partnerships with the Institute of Rare Earths at the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the College of Polymer Science and Engineering at Sichuan University. By bridging academic research with real-world manufacturing, we continuously refine our material formulas and improve product performance. Our full range complies with ISO7176 and GB/T industry standards, and has earned RoHS, REACH, GS and TUV certifications, supporting smooth entry into global markets.
Operational Footprint & Subsidiaries
After years of steady growth, we've built a multi-location operational network tailored to our business needs. Our Xiamen office is based within the Xiamen Rare Earth Materials Research Center, serving as our main R&D centre where we conduct new material trials and technical development work. The Longyan headquarters houses our large-scale production facilities, quality control labs and logistics teams to manage manufacturing, testing and order fulfilment.
We also operate a separate subsidiary dedicated to producing PU and PIR insulation panels for central air conditioning ducts, extending our business into the building thermal insulation sector. Our current annual production capacity stands at approximately 2 million units of PU tyres and related products.

Core Product Lines
We offer a diverse range of polyurethane products organised into five main categories: microcellular PU solid tyres, high-resilience foam parts, integral skin foam components, bulk PU sponge materials, and custom rigid foam inserts for carbon fibre wheelchairs.
Our PU solid and foam-filled tyres are commonly used on electric wheelchairs, mobility scooters and service robots. Our integral skin foam products are supplied to medical equipment manufacturers and infant goods brands, while our memory foam range has become an approved OEM supplier for the global bedding brand Sealy. Our rigid foam inserts are also widely adopted in carbon fibre wheelchairs, fishing tackle and model aircraft applications.
Rewritten Text
When viewed under a scanning electron microscope, our PU tyres reveal a distinctive open-cell structure. The internal pores are evenly and consistently distributed, with most measuring between 50 and 100 micrometers across. This refined internal composition lays a solid foundation for the tyres' outstanding overall performance.
Thanks to this specialised structure, our products deliver reliable elasticity and consistent performance in daily use. They also stand out for strong wear resistance, effective anti-puncture properties, quiet operation and great load-bearing capability. All materials meet eco-friendly standards, making these tyres a practical choice for rehabilitation gear, personal mobility tools and various professional special-purpose equipment.
