Company Profile
Founded in late 2015, Aleader started out focusing on customized polyurethane component development for overseas clients in the mobility and rehabilitation sector. After years of steady growth and layout adjustment, we moved core production operations to Longyan and formally set up our headquarters here.
We are a professional manufacturer focused exclusively on polyurethane material research, formulation optimization and finished product production. Our core team has been engaged in the PU industry for more than two decades, accumulating rich practical experience in formula matching, structural design and mass production. We run a complete internal management system and equip our workshops with full sets of professional testing devices.
All goods we produce comply with mainstream industry norms including ISO7176, GB/T18029 and GB/T12996. Our products have passed RoHS and REACH environmental assessments; items for infant use hold GS safety certification, while bicycle tire ranges are granted TUV approval. We keep long-term technical cooperation with the Institute of Rare Earths under Chinese Academy of Sciences and the College of Polymer Science and Engineering of Sichuan University, pushing forward ongoing technical upgrades and new product iteration.
We mainly deliver one-stop customized PU component solutions for rehabilitation equipment and personal mobility gear, serving partners across the global market.
The company adopts clear hierarchical management. The general manager takes overall charge of daily operation, with four vice presidents separately in charge of R&D, business development, general administration and production. A dedicated quality assurance team works independently to supervise full-process quality control.
Each department is subdivided into professional groups: the R&D team covers product design, material formula and process engineering; the business team is split into domestic sales, international sales and customer service; production, finance, administration, procurement, warehousing and logistics teams operate independently with smooth collaboration.

Main Product Lines & Application Fields
Our product range is mainly divided into five major categories, covering diversified polyurethane products: microcellular elastomer solid tires, high-rebound foam parts, integral skin foam components, PU sponge raw materials, and custom rigid foam fillers for carbon fibre wheelchairs.
Among them, our solid tires and foam-filled rubber tires are widely adopted by well-known domestic and overseas brands for electric wheelchairs, mobility scooters and service robots. Our integral skin products are tailor-made for medical equipment armrests, backrests, seat cushions and various infant seating products. Our high-density memory foam pillows have become formal supporting products for international bedding brand Sealy. The rigid foam fillers are widely used on carbon fibre wheelchairs, fishing tackle and model aircraft.
All our PU products are manufactured with water-blown technology, featuring low environmental impact. With excellent shock absorption, impact resistance, load-bearing capacity and elasticity, these maintenance-free products run quietly and comfortably, suitable for rehabilitation aids, personal transport tools and special industrial equipment.
R&D Strength, Labs & Testing Equipment
We have built joint research labs together with Xiamen Rare Earth Materials Research Institute and Sichuan University. Professor Tang from the School of Polymer Science and Engineering of Sichuan University works with our in-house R&D team to jointly develop new formulas and turn laboratory achievements into marketable products.
Our R&D centre focuses on material formula screening, micropore structure optimization and product performance verification. Before mass production, every new design will go through repeated trials to guarantee stable performance.
We own a complete in-house testing laboratory equipped with more than ten sets of advanced professional equipment, including vision measuring instruments, gravel impact testers, runout & side impact testers, Akron abrasion testers, rolling smoothness testers, long-running test machines, salt spray testers, pressure recovery testers, universal tensile testers, UV aging chambers and programmable temperature & humidity chambers.
Every batch of products will go through full performance tests before delivery, so we can strictly control quality from the source. We also provide full custom services on product size, tread pattern, hardness and wheel structure according to clients' actual demands.

We have passed ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification, and formulated a full set of standardized control procedures covering document management, incoming material inspection, production control, finished product inspection, procurement, design & development, risk assessment and after-sales handling.

Core Material & Craft
We adopt fine-pore modified polyurethane for the tyre body. The internal foam pores are fine and evenly distributed, which avoids local softening or deformation caused by uneven material density. Different from ordinary low-density foam materials, our formula adds anti-ageing and anti-oxidation additives, so the wheel will not become brittle or lose elasticity after long-term use in indoor and semi-outdoor environments.
The whole wheel is formed through one-step rotational casting and low-temperature curing. The material is fully shaped inside professional moulds without secondary bonding or splicing. This integrated craft effectively prevents peeling, cracking and part falling off. The hub is made of high-strength engineering plastic, which connects closely with the foam tyre to form a solid whole, resisting daily impact and friction.
Practical Performance Highlights
Light & Effortless Rolling: The overall weight of the 7-inch wheel is well controlled. Low rolling resistance makes pushing and steering much easier, ideal for frequent turning and flexible movement in narrow indoor spaces such as corridors and rooms.
