This series of tires combines authentic Innova rubber casing and custom-formulated microcellular urethane filler, a mature non-pneumatic solution tailored for daily mobility aids. As a well-established rubber tire manufacturer with decades of production experience, Innova's rubber carcass has passed repeated durability and road condition tests, boasting stable rubber formula and outstanding overall toughness. We adopt professional rotational casting and full vacuum filling craft to inject high-performance liquid urethane into the inner cavity of standard Innova tires. After constant-temperature curing, the urethane filler closely fits every corner of the rubber casing, forming an integrated composite structure with no gaps or loose parts inside.

Different from traditional inflatable tires and ordinary full-solid tires, this hybrid structure takes the strengths of both materials: the outer rubber delivers excellent grip and abrasion resistance, while the inner urethane foam provides balanced support and flexible cushioning. It is engineered for long-duration daily use of electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters, covering indoor home passages, hospital corridors, community roads, urban sidewalks and gentle ramp passages. Every finished tire is produced in strict accordance with medical mobility equipment industry standards, ideal for original equipment matching, after-sales replacement and bulk procurement for rehabilitation institutions, medical equipment dealers and brand manufacturers.

Quality Inspection & Compliance Standards

We implement full-process quality management covering raw material incoming inspection, semi-finished product spot check and finished product full-item test. Before mass production, we will sample the purchased Innova rubber tires to test rubber hardness, tensile strength and wear resistance. During the filling and curing process, technicians conduct hourly spot checks on filling uniformity and curing status.

All finished tires will be sent to our independent testing lab for a series of professional tests, including abrasion test, ultraviolet aging test, salt spray corrosion test, static load test and long-distance rolling durability test. All test data are recorded and archived strictly.

This product complies with ISO7176, GB/T18029 and other industry standards for rehabilitation and mobility equipment. All raw materials have passed EU RoHS and REACH environmental tests, containing no harmful volatile substances. The product is safe and odor-free during use, meeting the import and sales standards of medical and rehabilitation markets in various countries.

Operational Layout & Branches

We have completed a multi-site industrial layout after years of steady development. Our Xiamen branch is located inside Xiamen Rare Earth Materials Research Center, acting as our core R&D hub to carry out new material testing and technical research. The Longyan headquarters takes charge of mass production, quality inspection and order delivery.

We also run a separate subsidiary focusing on PU and PIR insulation panels for central air conditioning ducts, expanding our business into building thermal insulation field. Our product capacity reaches around 2 million pieces of PU tires and related products annually.

Main Product Range

Our product portfolio covers five major categories: PU microcellular solid tires, high-resilience foam parts, integral skin foam components, PU sponge materials and PU rigid foam inserts for carbon fiber wheelchairs.

Our PU tires and foam filled tires are widely matched with electric wheelchairs, mobility scooters and service robots. Our integral skin products serve medical devices and infant supplies, while memory foam items have become qualified suppliers for international brand Sealy. Rigid foam inserts apply to carbon fiber wheelchairs, fishing gear and model aircraft.

Technology, Testing & Customization

We have co-established joint laboratories with top research institutions. Our in-house testing center is equipped with more than ten professional devices, including abrasion testers, aging chambers, universal tensile testers and impact testing machines. Every batch of products undergoes rigorous sampling and comprehensive performance tests before delivery.
