A. PU Material
a. Purchasing: we purchase the chemical raw materials from the world's famous brands such as DOWS,Basf and Air Products.
b. Incoming inspection: for every lot of incoming material,we random check its quality by cup foaming.
B. Rubber tire
a.Rubber tire purchasing: we purchase the famous rubber tire brands: Cheng Shin and INNOVA.
b.Incoming inspection: physical checking including yellowing, damage and
deformation etc.
C. Accessories
a.All of our purchasing accessories (including nylon rims,aluminum rims,steel rims,axle,hub and screws etc.) can meet the standard of ISO7176.
b.Incoming spection: we need to check coating fastness,size and physical appearance; Reliability test includes tensile strength,impact strength and salt spray resistan
4. Packaging and Delivery
Packaging: Generally we use the carton packaging with pallet. We can also pack as per ur requirement.
