PU release agent is designed for special molding and processing, it is an auxiliary agent for the production of PU polyurethane products. The main products are high-rebound foam, slow-rebound headrest, self-skinning, imitation wood hard foam, PU toys, elastomer products, shoe materials and a series of molded products. During the development of a release agent, the type of foam formulation, processing temperature, machine used, cycle time for processing, product style and mold design are all factors to consider.
The main function of the PU release agent is to form a uniform release film on the surface of the mold, so that the molded object can be released. The second function is to take into account the quality and style of the surface of the molded article, the fouling on the mold, and the feasibility of cleaning and applying makeup. Other factors to consider include: product shelf life, product stability, user (and manufacturer) health or safety concerns, and corrosion issues.
