The Assembly Process of PU Solid Tires
The PU solid tire is assembled by pneumatic pressing. It consists of two steps: A. The assembly of the rim; B. The assembly of tire to the rim;
A. The assembly of the rim;
a. Install the bearing pressing tooling on the assembly machine;
b. Place the lower bearing, rim, bushing and bearing;
c. Start the pneumatic switch to complete the bearing pressing operation.
B. The assembly of tire to the rim;
a. Install the tire pressing tooling on the assembly machine;
b. Place the hub on the lower tooling, put on the conical table, and then put on the PU tire;
c. Start the pneumatic switch to complete the tire pressing operation.
