This damage-resistant polyurethane wheel assembly abandons air-filled cavity construction entirely, forged via one-step microcellular PU integral molding craft. Its compact dense matrix eliminates all hidden troubles caused by air-dependent tires, especially puncture breakdowns triggered by road sharp debris. Custom-modified polyether polyurethane raw stock delivers balanced flexible buffer and load-bearing rigidity, fitting low-speed mobility equipment running indoors and outdoors. Every finished wheel undergoes multi-stage performance calibration before shipment, delivering steady long-cycle operation without routine inflation or patch maintenance work for equipment brands and end users.


Unlike thin air-retention sidewalls on regular inflatable tyres, our wheel adopts gradient density microcellular internal layout.
