Founded in 2015, Aleader kicked off its polyurethane processing business in Xiamen and transferred its core production workshop to Longyan Innovation Industrial Zone in 2023, forming a dual-site operating system split for technical research and volume manufacturing. The enterprise manages two independent specialized subsidiaries. Its Xiamen office is located inside the CAS Haixi Rare Earth Materials Research Institute, functioning as the central material testing lab and external technical communication platform. The Longyan UNT subsidiary focuses on PU/PIR ventilation duct thermal insulation boards and matched installation fittings. The flagship Longyan factory fully devotes itself to developing and producing microcellular PU wheels for medical mobility gear, shaping a two-line industrial layout covering mobility spare parts and construction thermal insulation supplies.

All items are developed based on proprietary modified PU molding craft, split into five distinct product lines targeted at segmented market demands. Foamed solid mobility wheels contribute 70% of total revenue as our star offering. High elasticity foam semi-finished goods and one-piece skin-covered molded components each make up 10% of turnover, with soft PU sponge stock and carbon wheelchair hard foam inserts each claiming the remaining 5%. Our wheel range provides stable OEM parts for worldwide makers of power wheelchairs, elderly scooters and service robots. Elastic foam blanks are supplied to global bedding giant Sealy, while custom molded foam pieces fit medical handrails, therapy cushions and child safety seats. Hard foam fillers suit carbon wheelchairs, fishing gear and aircraft model fittings.

We sustain deep, enduring technical cooperation with two authoritative polymer research bodies: Sichuan University's Polymer Engineering Department and the Chinese Academy of Sciences Rare Earth Research Institute. A joint material research lab was co-founded alongside its Xiamen branch in 2023, focused on developing exclusive customized PU formulations and translating lab polymer research into mass-producible goods. Professor Tang Jialing from Sichuan University's polymer division collaborates closely to refine raw material mixes and upgrade product structures. Our internal technical squad boasts more than two decades of hands-on PU forming expertise, pioneering lightweight low-density foam, wet-surface anti-slip wheel compounds and self-repair puncture-resistant tyre materials to overcome performance bottlenecks of conventional polyurethane goods.

We fully deploy the ISO 9001:2015 management framework to construct a complete quality supervision loop, ranging from raw material incoming screening, on-site production surveillance, semi-finished random sampling, full finished goods inspection to full after-sales quality traceability. Standardized operation manuals govern every production and testing procedure across all workshops. Our goods hold various authoritative industry approvals: mobility wheels comply with ISO7176 and GB/T18029 norms; PU bicycle tyres carry TUV safety credentials; foam components touching infants satisfy EU GS regulations. All eco-performance test reports are released by independent third-party SGS, perfectly clearing market entry thresholds for EU, North American and Southeast Asian import clients.
