The Assembly Process of Solid Tires

A. Pre-Work Stage Staff get all components ready in advance, including prefabricated PU tyre blanks, wheel hubs, bolts and lock nuts. Meanwhile, assembly machinery is calibrated and debugged to ensure stable operating conditions for production.

B. Fitting Stage Operators mount tires onto hubs strictly following standardized operating specifications formulated for foam-filled solid wheel assembly, keeping every fitting step consistent.

C. Inspection & Packaging All assembled wheel units undergo lateral impact and concentricity deflection tests. Only products passing all inspection benchmarks will go through surface cleaning before being sealed and packaged for shipment.
