Tires crafted from microcellular polyurethane elastomer deliver outstanding elastic recovery performance. The uniform microporous internal structure forms countless tiny buffer units inside the wheel, which efficiently absorbs vibrations generated by uneven ground surfaces and blocks rolling noise transmission at the same time, bringing stable, smooth and comfortable pushing experience for operators. Unlike rigid solid wheels that produce harsh rumble during movement, this microcellular PU material features superior sound suppression capability. It greatly lowers friction and collision noise when rolling on concrete, epoxy floors and tiled ground. For warehouses, sorting workshops and indoor logistics venues with strict noise control requirements, these polyurethane tires are recognized as premium ultra-quiet wheel solutions for various trolleys and transport carts.

 

Single-Body Microcellular PU One-Shot Molding Structure

This airless tyre adopts one-step integral casting process with a single microcellular polyurethane raw material, zero composite bonding, no outer rubber wrapping, no internal filling glue layer. The whole wheel forms an integrated elastomer after low-temperature constant curing inside the mold, so there is no risk of delamination, peeling or core separation which commonly occurs on two-layer foam-filled tyres. Under electron microscope observation, internal closed cells maintain uniform 50–100μm distribution without hollow gaps or local dense agglomeration. The consistent density from tread to inner ring ensures balanced stress bearing when loaded, and no permanent concave marks will stay even after weeks of static heavy storage on warehouse floors.

Integrated Molding Without Secondary Processing

 

Production adopts one-time mold injection and low-temperature constant temperature curing process. The tyre inner hole, side wall and tread are formed in one step, no post-cutting, grinding or bonding procedures needed after demoulding. Most low-cost airless PU wheels on the market require manual trimming of burrs, which easily causes uneven wall thickness and local stress weak points. Our integrated molding process eliminates burr defects fundamentally, so the tyre bears force evenly when loaded and avoids local cracking during long-term heavy-duty use.

Industry-University Co-Creation R&D Mechanism & Independent Lab Hardware

 

Instead of short-term temporary technical cooperation, we built a permanent joint R&D center together with the Institute of Rare Earths, CAS in 2023, signing long-term material research agreements with Professor Tang's polymer team from Sichuan University. The cooperation mode follows clear division: university teams conduct molecular material theoretical research, while our in-house engineers translate lab theories into usable industrial formulas and conduct thousands of cyclic durability verification tests. All jointly developed formulas are exclusive to our factory and protected by internal technical confidentiality systems. Our independent testing laboratory inside the Xiamen R&D park is equipped with full sets of precision analytical instruments: scanning electron microscope (for micropore observation), Akron abrasion tester, UV aging cabinet, salt spray chamber, universal tensile machine and rolling fatigue test rig. All raw material batch inspection and finished product performance verification are finished in-house without third-party outsourcing, greatly shortening test feedback time.

Closed-Loop ISO Full-Stage Quality Control Operation

 

We fully implement ISO9001:2015 standardized management with complete written operating procedures covering every production link, forming a closed-loop quality control chain from raw material entry to after-sales defective product handling.

  • Incoming Raw Material Inspection: Every batch of polyether polyol, isocyanate and auxiliary additives is sampled for hardness, density and environmental index testing before warehousing; unqualified raw materials are directly returned to suppliers.
  • Mid-Production Patrol Inspection: QC engineers conduct hourly spot checks on molding temperature, curing time and foaming density during mass production to avoid batch deviation.
  • Finished Goods Full Sampling Test: Static compression, rolling wear and surface anti-aging tests are carried out before packaging; only products passing all indexes can enter warehouse.
  • Post-Sales Defect Disposal Process: Independent standardized documents for customer complaints, return rework and non-conforming product isolation, recording all abnormal data for formula optimization reference.

New Material R&D Pipeline & Long-Term Enterprise Development Roadmap

 

Our R&D team maintains continuous iterative development of upgraded PU tire formulas, with four next-generation tyre products under laboratory verification stage at present: anti-slip wet ground modified PU tyre, ultra-light low-density solid wheel, ETPU composite filling tyre and self-sealing puncture-proof solid wheel. These new materials target higher load, lighter weight and quieter operation to expand market share in logistics trolleys, carbon fiber mobility aids and intelligent robots. Long-term corporate development goals focus on two directions:

  • Deep school-enterprise technical cooperation: Expand joint lab testing projects to develop fully water-blown zero-VOC eco PU formulas, catering to stricter global environmental regulations.
  • Global market expansion: Optimize overseas customized service flow, provide one-stop formula + mould + certification supporting solutions for overseas local wheel brands, gradually raise the proportion of export revenue in total sales volume.
