Company Introduction
We first launched our polyurethane material business in Xiamen back in 2015, before shifting full-scale manufacturing lines to Longyan in 2017 to expand production capacity. Right now our brand runs two functionally separated bases with clear task division. Our Longyan production park operates under Aleader (Longyan) New Material Co., Ltd., serving as the core mass manufacturing hub for all PU wheel and foam products. Meanwhile, our Xiamen office is settled inside the Rare Earth Materials Research Center of CAS Haixi Institute, functioning as our exclusive technical lab for material modification research and formula iteration. We also own a wholly-owned subsidiary Longyan UNT Industry Co., Ltd., which independently develops and produces PU/PIR thermal insulation panels for central air-conditioning ventilation ducts, helping us cover two major industrial tracks: mobility equipment PU accessories and HVAC thermal insulation materials.

We have fully implemented the ISO9001:2015 quality management system, and compiled a complete set of standardized operation documents covering raw material incoming inspection, production process supervision, finished product testing, defective product handling, equipment calibration and customer complaint management. Every production link has clear written operating specifications to lock stable product quality. All our PU raw materials and finished wheel products pass RoHS and REACH international environmental testing. Rehabilitation auxiliary products comply with ISO7176, GB/T18029 and GB/T12996 industry standards; infant-related foam accessories meet German GS safety standards; bicycle tires under our brand obtain TUV certification. Complete test reports and qualification certificates can be provided for overseas customs clearance and domestic product filing.

Products Overview
This trolley wheel is manufactured via one-step integral casting of modified microporous polyurethane, with no additional rubber outer casing or secondary composite bonding. Liquid PU raw material is injected into the mold and fully cured into a single solid wheel in one production cycle, eliminating the risk of peeling, delamination or shell separation that exists on dual-layer rubber-coated tires. The internal foaming cells are evenly distributed between 50–100 microns without hollow cavities or agglomerated hard spots. The whole tire shares consistent material density, so there will be no uneven sinking or partial deformation under long-term heavy static load in warehouses.

Every finished tyre batch passes static heavy load retention test, thousands-time reciprocating rolling abrasion test and surface puncture simulation test before shipment, to verify long-term durability under continuous warehouse turnover. All PU filling raw materials and outer rubber meet RoHS and REACH international environmental standards, releasing no peculiar odour even after long-time closed storage inside cartons. We can supply full batch test records, raw material certification and compliance papers upon request, helping factory purchasers and logistics equipment suppliers finish overseas customs clearance and product filing formalities. All tyres carry a 2-year factory warranty against manufacturing defects.


Fully solid construction without any air storage space, completely removing hidden troubles such as air leakage and puncture blowouts of inflatable wheels. For logistics warehouses, processing factories and construction sites with high trolley usage, workers do not need to suspend cargo handling for tire maintenance. Warehouse management does not need to stock air pumps, repair adhesives and spare inner tubes. Regular air pressure inspection work is completely canceled, greatly improving the efficiency of goods receiving and delivery during peak periods. There will be no sudden wheel collapse during cargo transfer, avoiding cargo tilting and collision damage risks.
