Full Corporate Growth Timeline
The Xiamen tire processing entity finished business registration and launched formal order production in November 2017. All manufacturing equipment was fully transferred to our self-owned standard Longyan industrial park in July 2017 for capacity upgrading. A dedicated tire subsidiary was registered in July 2020 to build exclusive automatic production lines for rehab tires. Our Xiamen research station settled in CAS joint lab in March 2023, and Aleader Longyan settled in local industrial park in May the same year, launching mobility PU tire and ventilation board production lines simultaneously to finish dual-base layout.
Hierarchical Responsibility Operation System
Managed under overall General Manager supervision, four supervisors take charge of R&D, commercial development, general administration and intelligent manufacturing, plus a full-time QA supervisor to oversee all inspection links. Every business unit is split into specialized teams with non-overlapping duties. R&D covers styling, formula optimization, process development and new project groups; marketing separates global sales and client liaison teams; admin manages finance, HR, procurement and storage; production controls scheduling and equipment maintenance; QA runs full inspection from incoming goods to internal system audit.

Air-Free Solid Structure Design
Adopting an air-free solid integrated molding design, this tire contains no inner tube or air chamber, which helps users stay away from frequent troubles such as punctures, air leakage and sudden flat tires. The one-piece forming process reduces internal structural defects and ensures even texture across the whole tire. Daily inflation and pressure inspection are no longer required. It cuts routine maintenance workload and avoids unexpected breakdowns during commuting and transportation.
Precision Calibrated Polyurethane Formula
Manufactured with carefully tuned pure polyurethane elastomer, the tire achieves an ideal balance between rigidity and elasticity. The outer layer withstands continuous friction and surface abrasion, while the internal elastic structure absorbs minor road bumps. The premium material slows ageing effectively. Under long-term loading and repeated rolling, the tire resists hardening, chapping and permanent deformation to extend its service life significantly.
