Brand Origin & Dual Industrial Base Operation Framework

We built a polymer material R&D startup platform in Xiamen back in 2015. After multiple rounds of capacity expansion and full plant relocation, an integrated intelligent manufacturing park was established in Longyan. The group operates two separate industrial segments with distinct orientations. Our Xiamen research hub is stationed at CAS Haixi Rare Earth Institute to cooperate with material specialists on new polymer formulas. Two Longyan production zones divide work clearly: the core plant mass-produces microcellular elastic wheels for mobility aids, while Xinyonghua unit focuses on PU/PIR ventilation panels, complete fittings and on-site installation guidance, delivering one-stop customized PU solutions for rehab equipment manufacturers.

The core founding aspiration of our brand is to produce safe, convenient and long-lasting polymer accessories for global end users, with medium-long target to become benchmark integrated manufacturer for worldwide PU material application. Our full PU product range covers five segmented commercial tracks: mobility rehabilitation gear includes electric wheelchairs, medical nursing beds and adult walkers; civil transport goods cover baby strollers, shared e-bikes and lightweight scooters; intelligent industrial equipment contains service robots, multi-purpose trolleys and small farm machinery; lightweight special parts fit carbon wheelchairs and professional fishing tackle; Xinyonghua's PU/PIR boards serve dedicated matching materials for central air ventilation systems.

Tuned PU Formula Balancing Rigidity and Elasticity

Manufactured with finely calibrated polyurethane material, the wheel achieves an ideal balance of stiffness and elasticity. Its outer surface withstands sustained friction and scratches on hard indoor floors. The internal elastic structure absorbs minor road undulations and lowers vibration transfer. The material carries excellent anti-ageing performance. Under long-term loading and repeated rolling, it resists brittling, cracking and permanent deformation to extend overall service life.

Solid Tubeless Air-Free Construction

Crafted as an integrated solid PU structure, this wheel removes traditional inflatable designs and inner tubes. It eliminates common troubles including nail punctures, gradual air leakage and sudden flat tyres during daily use. Adopting seamless one-piece molding, the wheel avoids internal pores and uneven density. Operators no longer need regular inflation or pressure inspections. It prevents unexpected halts caused by tyre faults during indoor handling and short outdoor travels, delivering consistent and worry-free operation.
