Brand Foundation & Multi-base Production Layout
The brand was founded in Xiamen in 2015, with core production bases located in Longyan, operated by Aleader (Longyan) New Material Co., Ltd. We set up multiple branches to build an integrated industrial chain covering advanced new material research, large-scale intelligent manufacturing and HVAC duct component processing. Our Xiamen R&D branch is stationed at Xiamen Rare Earth Materials Research Center of Haixi Institute, CAS. Supported by this national research platform, we cooperate with senior specialists in material sectors to build long-term industry-university-research partnerships, focusing on developing and incubating new PU formulas and polymer materials. Longyan headquarters manufacturing park contains the main new material factory and a dedicated wheel & tire subsidiary in Longyan Innovation Park, responsible for mass production and delivery of all PU products.

Nov 2015: Xiamen Aleader Tire & Wheel Industrial Co., Ltd. registered and officially launched operation.
Jul 2017: All production lines moved to Longyan, with self-built standardized factory zones completed.
Jul 2020: Longyan Aleader Tire & Wheel Industrial Co., Ltd. registered to boost output of tires for rehabilitation mobility equipment.
Mar 2023: Our Xiamen branch settled in CAS Rare Earth Research Institute to build a joint lab, realizing deep industry-academia-research integration.

Small-Diameter Integrated Molding Craft & Contact Surface Performance
This six-inch full PU solid tire is crafted through one-piece pouring curing without outer rubber wrapping or internal filler filling. The whole tire is made of uniformly blended polyurethane material, with the contact tread carved together during molding without secondary bonding treatment. The contact surface features shallow dense grain patterns, which can increase friction with ground surfaces like floor tiles, cement and compacted gravel. The compact overall size makes it the ideal rolling accessory for compact lightweight mobile equipment, and the moderate material hardness avoids overly stiff bumping during daily pushing.
Unlike inflatable tires prone to deformation after long-term pressure, this solid tire has a dense inner structure that can sustain continuous light loads without leaving permanent indentations. There is no air chamber inside the tire, so sharp sundries such as nails and ceramic fragments cannot pierce and damage the wheel body. Users don't need to spend extra time inflating, mending or checking air pressure regularly. The self-sound-absorbing property of polyurethane weakens friction noise, whether it is used indoors on nursing carts or outdoors on mini scooters, it can maintain smooth rolling for a long time.
Standard central shaft holes are reserved on the tire's matching hub, which can be directly installed on most small-sized transport equipment without cutting or refitting brackets. Each batch of finished tires will be sampled to check roundness and rolling smoothness to eliminate defective products with deviation. The raw materials do not contain irritating chemical ingredients, with stable anti-oxidation ability, and will not harden or crack easily after long-term indoor and outdoor alternating use.
