Founded back in 2015, Aleader kicked off its polyurethane production business in Xiamen before shifting core manufacturing facilities to Longyan Innovation Park in 2023, forming a dual-base operation model of R&D headquarters and mass production plant. We split business into two independent specialized subsidiaries. The Xiamen branch settles inside the CAS Haixi Rare Earth Materials Research Center, serving as our core material lab and technical cooperation window. The Longyan UNT subsidiary focuses on PU/PIR air duct thermal insulation panels and matching installation auxiliary supplies. The main Longyan factory concentrates entirely on microcellular PU wheel production for medical mobility equipment, forming a two-track industrial layout covering mobility accessories and building thermal insulation materials.

We build long-term deep technical partnerships with two top-tier academic research institutions: Sichuan University College of Polymer Science and Engineering, and the Institute of Rare Earths under Chinese Academy of Sciences. A formal joint R&D laboratory was jointly established with the Xiamen Rare Earth Research Institute in 2023, dedicated to developing proprietary modified polyurethane formulas and realizing industrial transformation of laboratory polymer research outcomes. Professor Tang Jialing from Sichuan University's polymer faculty joins our technical iteration team to guide raw material formula optimization and product structural upgrading. Our in-house R&D team accumulates over 20 years of frontline polyurethane molding experience, focusing on developing low-density lightweight foam, wet anti-slip wheel formulations and puncture self-sealing tire materials to break through traditional PU product performance limitations.
