Polyurethane tires crafted from microcellular elastomer deliver outstanding resilience and ride quality. A. Preparation phase: Gather semi-finished tires, wheel rims, fasteners and other required components, then set up and calibrate the assembly equipment to ensure it runs properly.
B. Assembly phase: Fit the foam-filled tire onto the rim strictly following standard assembly procedures, making sure the alignment and fit meet all specifications.
C. Finishing phase: Conduct side impact and radial runout checks on every assembled unit. Only products that pass all quality tests will proceed to cleaning and packaging before shipment.

Our business journey kicked off in Xiamen back in 2015, starting out as a specialist developer and maker of polyurethane components. As market demands grew steadily, we expanded our production operations and relocated core manufacturing workshops to Longyan in 2017 to scale up output capacity.
We kept optimizing our industrial layout in the following years. In 2020, we launched a subsidiary focusing on wheel and tire production. Three years later, our Xiamen branch settled within a prestigious national research institute for advanced material studies. We then registered our new material entity and moved into Longyan Innovation Park, marking a key step toward diversified development. Today, we run multiple operational arms, covering PU component manufacturing and thermal insulation panel production for ventilation systems.

Beyond production workshops, we run an independent in-house testing center fitted with over ten sets of professional inspection devices. The lab can conduct assessments on abrasion resistance, impact resistance, ageing resistance, salt spray tolerance, dimensional accuracy and rolling stability.
