Our business journey kicked off in Xiamen back in 2015, starting out as a specialist developer and maker of polyurethane components. As market demands grew steadily, we expanded our production operations and relocated core manufacturing workshops to Longyan in 2017 to scale up output capacity.

We kept optimizing our industrial layout in the following years. In 2020, we launched a subsidiary focusing on wheel and tire production. Three years later, our Xiamen branch settled within a prestigious national research institute for advanced material studies. We then registered our new material entity and moved into Longyan Innovation Park, marking a key step toward diversified development. Today, we run multiple operational arms, covering PU component manufacturing and thermal insulation panel production for ventilation systems.

We focus on developing practical polyurethane solutions targeting assistive travel gear and rehabilitation equipment. Our diversified product range covers microcellular elastic components, foam parts with high rebound performance, integrated surface foam pieces, soft sponge materials, as well as rigid foam fillings tailored for carbon-fiber structured devices.

Each category serves distinct application scenarios. Our elastic wheel parts have built long-term cooperative ties with global brands making electric travel devices and intelligent robots. Our foam cushion items have become reliable supplies for well-known international bedding labels. Custom foam accessories are widely adopted on medical gear and child safety seats, while rigid foam fillings work well on light-duty outdoor supplies and model crafts.

Decades of hands-on experience in polyurethane formula research and material application lies at the heart of our technical edge. We have assembled a dedicated team of technical specialists who keep exploring new formulas and structural improvements to fit evolving market needs.

To push technical boundaries further, we have set up joint research labs and maintained deep cooperation with two top-tier academic bodies: the College of Polymer Science and Engineering at Sichuan University, and the Institute of Rare Earths under the Chinese Academy of Sciences. This partnership allows us to convert lab findings into market-ready goods. We have rolled out upgraded items including anti-slip wheel parts, ultra-light components, foam-filled rubber pieces and self-repairing wheel accessories, leading the trend of material upgrading in the industry.
