Milestone Timeline of Brand Growth

In Nov 2015, our Xiamen tire manufacturing entity finished business registration and began formal production orders. All assembly equipment moved to self-owned standard industrial park in Longyan in July 2017 to boost overall capacity. We registered a dedicated Longyan tire subsidiary in July 2020 to expand special production lines for mobility tires. Our Xiamen R&D branch settled in CAS joint lab in Mar 2023, and Aleader Longyan New Material was founded and settled in innovation park in May 2023, launching PU wheel and insulation board production lines at the same time. 

Flat Internal Management & Responsibility Division

Managed under the unified leadership of General Manager, four supervisors take charge of R&D, commerce, administration and production, with an independent QA director to supervise all inspection links. Every department is split into specialized teams: R&D covers styling, formula technology and new project groups; Business divides domestic & overseas sales and client liaison teams; Admin controls finance, HR and logistics; Production manages scheduling and equipment maintenance; QA runs incoming test, patrol inspection, finished product verification and system audit.
