The Assembly Process of Wheelchair Wheels and Tyres
A. Bearing Mounting Steps
a. Secure dedicated bearing pressing fixture onto the pneumatic assembly equipment; b. Sequentially position lower bearing retainer, shaft sleeve and rolling bearing into preset station; c. Activate pneumatic control switch to finish automatic bearing press-fitting work.
B. Tyre & Hub Combination Process
a. Replace the machine fixture with special tyre compression mould; b. Fix hub component on bottom jig, attach positioning cone fixture then fit the PU solid tyre in place; c. Trigger pneumatic switch to press tyre tightly onto hub for finished assembly.

Besides core mobility PU spare parts business, the group also runs a separate subsidiary specialized in PU/PIR thermal insulation panels for central air duct construction, forming dual-main-business layout of rehabilitation polyurethane accessories and building thermal insulation materials.
