Company Introduction
Our Roots & Ongoing Development
We kicked off our business in Xiamen in 2015, aiming to create high-performance polyurethane products that improve the safety and comfort of mobile equipment for global users. Starting out as a dedicated PU wheel maker, we have now developed into a fully-fledged industrial company.
We run a large manufacturing plant in Longyan, and our core research team works at the Xiamen Institute of Rare Earth Materials under the Chinese Academy of Sciences, keeping pace with leading material technology trends.
Major development milestones:
2015 | Foundation of Xiamen Aleader Tire Co., Ltd.
2017 | Production base relocated to Longyan for expanded output.
2020 | Establishment of Longyan Aleader Tire Co., Ltd. to scale up manufacturing.
2023 | We set up a joint research institute with the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and registered Aleader (Longyan) New Material Co., Ltd., evolving into a comprehensive new material solution provider.

Products Description
Inner Core Composition & Material Craft
The interior of the tyre is fully packed with specially formulated foam compound. The filling material bonds tightly with the outer rubber shell during integral forming, with no separation or loose space inside the whole wheel.
We adopt low-density high-toughness raw materials for the inner filler. After multiple curing procedures, the material gains uniform texture and stable physical properties. It will not sag after long-time compression, nor turn brittle under long exposure to natural elements. The whole assembly contains no irritant ingredients, so it can be used safely in enclosed spaces for a long time.
Application Scope & Matching Caliber
This wheel works well with mobility aids, light transport trolleys, medical mobile devices and household moving tools. It is a practical replacement for old wheels, and also suitable for unified matching in batch equipment projects.
The overall size and mounting hole follow universal industrial standards. It can be directly installed on most mainstream equipment models. For non-standard equipment with special installation sizes, our team can also provide targeted matching plans according to actual parameters.
