Unique Cavity Infusion Craft & Original Tire Outline Retention

This wheel adopts mature cavity infusion craft built on standard rubber tyre casings, without altering the natural contour and tread pattern of regular air tyres. Qualified rubber shells go through internal cleaning and positioning before low-density elastic PU raw materials are fully injected into the hollow inner space, then solidified into continuous foam support without hollow gaps or partial filling shortage. The bonding between foam infill and inner tyre wall forms a unified supporting system, avoiding inner core shifting or local collapse under repeated weight pressure. It retains the soft sidewall elasticity of traditional inflatable tyres, a feature rigid all-solid PU wheels cannot match.

Vibration Isolation Performance & Labor-Saving Rolling Experience

The microcellular foam layer inside the tyre works as built-in suspension to buffer uneven pavement impacts, greatly cutting vibration transmitted to equipment frame and operators. Compared with fully solid wheels that transfer every road bump stiffly, this infilled version delivers softer rolling feedback during daily pushes and rides. Optimized tread grain increases surface friction without raising rolling resistance, enabling agile turning on walkways, tiled floors and gravel roads. Its moderate overall weight lessens pushing labor during long-distance continuous moving.

Poly Foam Filled Tire, simply called FF Tire, consists of two parts: rubber outer tube, microcellular polyurethane elastomer filled or inserted inside. With the superior performance in the aspects of inflation free, anti- puncture, flat free, good cushioning maintenance free and high security etc., it is widely used in the field of Wheelchairs, Mobility Scooters, Strollers, Robots, Tool carts and Sports Equipment. While satisfying customer's esthetic-demand for traditional rubber tires, it also conquers the defects of air-filled tires: the potential risks of easily punctured, gas leakage, flat tire and frequent maintenance.

Multi-site Operation & Branch Layout

Founded in Xiamen in 2015, our manufacturing hub is located in Longyan, operated under Aleader (Longyan) New Material Co., Ltd. The group runs three independent business divisions focusing on advanced material research, PU components for mobility equipment, and HVAC duct thermal insulation boards respectively to realize coordinated operation. Our Xiamen R&D branch settles in Xiamen Rare Earth Materials Research Center, Haixi Institute, CAS. Supported by this national research platform, we cooperate with top industry specialists to build long-term industry-university-research partnerships, developing and commercializing new PU formulas and modified polymer materials. The Longyan tire subsidiary specializes in mass production of PU tires for wheelchairs and electric scooters to fulfill bulk supply orders steadily.

R&D & Testing Equipment Configuration

Co-built Joint Lab: Shared professional R&D lab space with Xiamen Rare Earth Institute, CAS. Self-built standardized testing lab equipped with more than ten high-precision instruments: vision measuring machine, gravel abrasion tester, impact tester, lateral impact detector, Akron abrasion tester, rolling smoothness tester, durability tester, salt spray tester, pressure recovery tester, universal tensile tester, UV aging chamber, programmable temperature & humidity cabinet. Micro-performance Verification: SEM clearly displays the uniform open-cell structure of tires, and stable pore size brings comprehensive premium service performance.

Standardized Quality Control Mechanism

The enterprise holds ISO9001:2015 and IAF mutually recognized quality management system certification. A full set of standardized procedure documents covers document control, internal audit, testing equipment calibration, defect rectification and management review. Full-chain quality control includes incoming raw material screening, real-time production monitoring, semi-finished patrol inspection, multi-dimensional finished product testing and closed-loop defective product rectification. All products comply with domestic & international standards ISO7176, GB/T18029, GB/T12996.
