Not Just Traditional Cyber & Immigration Firm
We take standard commercial rubber tire shells as the base of this wheel. The foaming material expands evenly to occupy every corner inside the tire and solidify into an elastic supporting layer, with no empty pockets or uneven density anywhere. Unlike single solid PU wheels that rely solely on hard polymer, this product keeps the original flexible rubber outer layer. The curved side walls can deform slightly under load to absorb minor road shocks, bringing a pliable contact feel that pure solid wheels cannot replicate. The foam stays tightly adhered to the inner rubber wall even after months of frequent rolling, with no separation or sliding inside the tire.
Daily Commute Safety & Cut Down Regular Maintenance Work
After foam filling, the tire no longer holds air, which completely rules out the common troubles of pneumatic tires. Scattered sharp scraps on roads, such as iron nails, stone chips and broken ceramic pieces, will not lead to slow leakage or sudden flatting mid-use. Users do not need to carry inflator tools or spare repair kits when going out. The matching rubber tread comes with factory anti-wear texture, slowing down surface abrasion during daily travel on asphalt roads, residential walkways and indoor hard floors. There is no need to check air tightness every few days, which saves plenty of time spent on routine upkeep for light transport devices.

Technology: we do a full tire shaping process before production. Our filling process uses centrifugal rotation to uniformly fill the PU raw materials into the tires and fully realize complete bonding between the tire and PU Foam, thus avoiding any air voids inside.
Every time replacing the material or starting the machine, we will cut one tire to check the inside of the tire to ensure there are no air voids or separations in the product.
