What it is
This series of foam filled tires adopts a mature composite structure combining professional Cheng shin rubber casing and customized microcellular polyurethane foam filler. Different from traditional pneumatic tires and full-solid rubber tires, we inject liquid polyurethane compound into the inner cavity of standard rubber tires through professional vacuum filling technology. The material fully fills every corner inside the tire and cures naturally to form an integrated elastic core, completely replacing compressed air.
Tailored exclusively for manual wheelchairs, electric wheelchairs and elderly mobility scooters, this product strikes a fine balance between the traction and abrasion resistance of outer rubber and the cushioning, support and anti-puncture performance of internal foam. It is built for daily urban roads, gravel paths, ramp passages and other complex scenarios, focusing on long-term stable operation and low daily maintenance. Every finished unit is produced in strict accordance with medical mobility equipment industry standards, suitable for mass matching, after-sales replacement and customized supporting for brand equipment.

Material & Production Craft
- Outer Rubber Casing
We select original Cheng shin rubber tire with exclusive C178 tread design. The rubber formula is optimized for frequent start-stop and low-speed travel of mobility equipment. The thickened tread layer enhances friction and anti-wear ability, while the reinforced sidewall effectively resists extrusion and cracking during steering and crossing obstacles. The natural rubber material ensures stable grip on dry, wet and slippery ground.
- Polyurethane Foam Filling Core
The internal filler is self-developed modified microcellular polyurethane. After precise ratio blending, the raw materials form uniform and dense bubble structures inside the tire. The closed-cell design avoids material sagging and local collapse after long-term compression. The foam maintains moderate hardness and resilience, neither too hard to cause bumpy riding nor too soft to lose supporting force. Meanwhile, the added anti-aging and anti-ultraviolet additives extend the service life under outdoor exposure.
- Vacuum Integrated Filling & Curing Process
We abandon simple manual filling and adopt fully automatic vacuum filling assembly line. Under negative pressure environment, the polyurethane liquid is evenly injected to ensure no gaps, bubbles or partial unfilled areas inside the tire. After constant-temperature curing for a fixed period, the foam core and rubber casing are tightly combined into one, no relative sliding or detachment occurs during long-term rolling. The whole process is completed in standardized workshops with strict temperature and time control to guarantee consistent product quality between batches.

As a non-pneumatic foam filled structure, the tire has no inner tube and no compressed air inside. On outdoor roads scattered with nails, broken glass, metal scraps and other sharp sundries, the rubber casing and dense foam core can effectively block piercing damage. Even if the outer rubber is scratched, the internal foam will not leak air or burst. When the electric wheelchair travels, the motor load is lowered, which indirectly reduces power consumption and extends the single-charge cruising range. Who we are
Founded in Xiamen back in November 2015, Aleader started out focusing on the research, development and manufacturing of polyurethane components. After years of steady operation and market expansion, we completed factory relocation to Longyan in July 2017, and gradually built up a complete industrial layout covering R&D headquarters, large-scale production base and specialized branch companies.
Rooted in polyurethane material application sector, we are a tech-focused manufacturer that integrates independent formula development, product molding, finished goods assembly and global sales. Our business scope covers microcellular solid PU tires, high-resilience foam parts, integral skin foam components, PU sponge raw materials and customized rigid foam inserts for carbon fiber wheelchairs. We mainly serve rehabilitation aids, mobility equipment and medical device industries, delivering one-stop customized component solutions for partners at home and abroad.
We own more than 20 years of accumulated experience in polyurethane material R&D. Instead of working alone, we carry out long-term joint research with the Institute of Rare Earths, Chinese Academy of Sciences and College of Polymer Science and Engineering of Sichuan University. By combining academic research and industrial production, we keep upgrading material formulas and optimizing product performance. All our production and testing activities follow strict standardized procedures. Our products have passed ISO7176, GB/T18029, GB/T12996 and a series of industry standards, as well as RoHS, REACH environmental tests. Products for infants comply with GS safety standards, and bicycle tires have obtained TUV certification, fully meeting diversified market access requirements across the globe.
Development Milestones
Our growth path has always been driven by steady expansion and strategic layout.
- Nov 2015: Xiamen Aleader Tire & Wheel Industrial Co., Ltd. was established, marking the official launch of our PU product business.
- Jul 2017: Production facilities were fully moved to Longyan, laying the foundation for large-scale mass production.
- Jul 2020: Longyan Aleader Tire & Wheel Industrial Co., Ltd. was set up, further refining the production division for tire and wheel series.
- Mar 2023: Our Xiamen subsidiary settled in Xiamen Rare Earth Materials Research Center of Haixi Institute, CAS, gaining access to top-tier research resources for material innovation.
- May 2023: Aleader (Longyan) New Material Co., Ltd. was founded and settled in Longyan Innovation Park, completing the layout of the group's main operating entity.
Step by step, we have grown from a single production workshop into a group enterprise with multiple branches, clear division of labor and complete industrial chain.


Organization & Team
We have built a standardized and sound internal management system. The company is led by General Manager, with four vice presidents respectively in charge of R&D, business development, general affairs and production. A dedicated Quality Assurance Manager takes full charge of overall quality control work.
Below the management level, we have set up R&D Department, Business Department, General Affairs Department, Production Department and Quality Management Department. Each department is divided into multiple professional teams:
- R&D team covers product design, material formula research and process engineering;
- Business team includes domestic sales, international sales, marketing and customer support;
- Production team manages manufacturing, production planning, equipment operation and on-site administration;
- Quality team is responsible for daily inspection and quality engineering work;
- General affairs team takes charge of finance, procurement, logistics and warehouse management.
Our core R&D team is composed of experienced technical personnel who have been engaged in polyurethane industry for decades. We also invite professional professors from Sichuan University to guide technical work. The whole team keeps forging ahead with unity, dedication and enterprising spirit, focusing on technology innovation and service improvement all the time.
Technology is our core competitiveness. We have jointly built a professional joint laboratory with Xiamen Rare Earth Materials Research Center, CAS, focusing on new material exploration and performance testing.
Our in-house testing laboratory is equipped with more than ten sets of advanced professional testing equipment, including vision measuring instrument, gravel impact tester, runout & side impact tester, Akron abrasion tester, rolling smoothness tester, long-running test machine, salt spray tester, pressure recovery tester, universal tensile testing machine, UV aging test chamber and programmable temperature & humidity chamber. All finished products will go through round-by-round performance tests before delivery, to make sure every item meets design standards and usage requirements.
Benefiting from decades of material accumulation and strong R&D capability, we deliver full-cycle customized services. For PU tires and foam products, we can adjust overall dimensions, tread patterns, material hardness, density and hub structure according to clients' drawings, samples or actual application scenarios. From initial scheme communication, formula trial production, sample confirmation to formal mass production, we provide one-to-one technical docking throughout the whole process, to create exclusive products matching your market positioning.


Product Range & Main Partners
Our product lineup is rich and diversified, with clear market positioning for each category. PU microcellular solid tires account for the largest sales proportion, which are widely supplied to electric wheelchairs, mobility scooters and service robots. Our high-resilience foam products and integral skin foam parts are applied to medical device armrests, backrests, seat cushions and infant safety seats; among them, memory foam pillows have become stable supply goods for international well-known brand Sealy. PU sponge materials and rigid foam inserts are mainly used for daily supplies, carbon fiber wheelchairs, fishing tackles and model aircraft.
