This complete wheel set combines outer rubber tread, internal foam filler and built-in wheel hub into a unified assembly, which is developed exclusively for manual and electric wheelchairs. Different from separately purchased tires and hubs, our integrated structure avoids loose assembly and position deviation during long-term use.

Multi-Layer Composite Structure with Balanced Performance
The wheel adopts a classic composite structure: the outer layer is high-quality rubber material, and the inner cavity is fully filled with high-density closed-cell foam. The two materials are closely combined through mature filling technology, with no gaps or separation inside the wheel body.
The outer rubber layer brings reliable surface grip and anti-wear ability, while the inner foam filler undertakes most of the supporting work and shock absorption. The foam material after special curing treatment has stable density, it will not shrink or collapse under long static pressure, and will not expand and soften in warm environments. The whole wheel maintains a stable shape and supporting force all year round, and the internal structure will not change due to the change of external temperature.
Puncture Resistance & Zero Daily Maintenance
Since the inner part is filled with solid foam instead of air, the wheel completely gets rid of the hidden dangers such as air leakage and tire failure caused by sharp objects. Debris such as glass fragments, fine gravel and metal scraps scattered on the road cannot pierce the wheel body and affect normal travel.
After installation, users do not need to carry out regular maintenance work such as checking air pressure and repairing leaks. For families and public service departments with multiple wheelchairs, this feature can save a lot of daily inspection and maintenance work. Even after months of continuous use, the wheel still maintains good working condition, and the frequency of replacement is far lower than traditional inflatable parts.
