Two raw materials undergo matching curing treatment during filling production, so the PU core closely adheres to the rubber inner wall without delamination after long-term rolling back and forth. The formula of internal foam is adjusted according to wheelchair load standard, balancing soft shock absorption and enough bearing hardness. The outer rubber layer adds anti-ozone aging additives during vulcanization, slowing hardening and cracking under long-time alternate use indoors and outdoors. The whole wheel resists slight oil stains scattered on factory and community roads, avoiding rapid surface softening and abrasion.
All rubber tyres and internal PU filling raw materials pass RoHS and REACH hazardous substance detection, without pungent volatile odor after long sealed storage. Finished wheels can provide complete batch inspection reports and SGS certification documents to support overseas brand customs clearance and product filing. All inflation-free foam filled wheel assemblies enjoy a two-year factory warranty, covering quality defects caused by uneven filling, rubber cracking and poor bonding. Our technical team provides remote assembly guidance to solve mounting problems encountered by buyers.

We adopt pre-forming treatment for all rubber tyre shells before filling work. Our core centrifugal casting craft spins whole tyres steadily while injecting liquid PU, distributing foam material evenly across the entire inner cavity and creating tight integration between rubber casing and PU filler to stop hollow gaps from forming. To lock stable internal quality, we carry out destructive slicing inspection every time we switch raw material batches or restart production equipment. One finished tyre will be cut open for internal visual examination, so our operators can fully verify zero hollow voids and no delamination between rubber and foam inside each batch of goods.
