Business Growth Timeline
We kicked off our polyurethane wheel business in Xiamen back in 2015 under Xiamen Aleader Tire & Wheel Industrial Co., Ltd., mainly focusing on raw material formulation research and small-volume sample trial runs. In 2017, we finished full factory relocation to Longyan to expand our mass production capacity. July 2020 saw the establishment of Longyan Aleader Tire & Wheel Industrial Co., Ltd., dedicated to standardized wheel mass production. Two vital layout adjustments arrived in 2023: our technical branch settled in the Xiamen Rare Earth Research Institute under CAS in March, while Aleader (Longyan) New Material Co., Ltd. was founded in May and stationed in Longyan Innovation Park to unify all polyurethane production lines. Apart from our core mobility wheel business, we run fully-owned Long UNT Industry Co., Ltd., which independently develops PU/PIR thermal insulation boards for central air ventilation ducts. This forms a dual business layout covering rehabilitation PU fittings and HVAC thermal insulation supplies.
Long-Term University & Institute Joint Research Mechanism
We never conduct superficial short-term academic cooperation. Back in 2023, we jointly set up a permanent collaborative research center with the Institute of Rare Earths, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and maintain stable technical communication with Professor Tang's polymer engineering research group from Sichuan University. Both sides follow clear work division: university research teams dig into polyurethane molecular theoretical study, while our factory technicians translate lab theories into mass-producible industrial formulas and conduct thousands of cyclic durability verification trials. All jointly developed formulas are proprietary to our factory and protected by internal technical confidentiality rules. Our independent testing lab in Xiamen is fully equipped with scanning electron microscopes, abrasion testing machines, UV aging chambers, salt spray testers and universal tensile equipment. Raw material inspection and finished product performance assessment are all finished in-house instead of outsourcing third-party testing institutions.
Chapter 6 Independent Customer Service Team & Flexible Order Terms
The customer service department operates as an independent team separated from sales staff, providing targeted service for three types of purchasers respectively. Large Equipment Manufacturers: Specialized technical sales track long-term bulk OEM orders, synchronizing the progress of new material research and customized formula upgrading. Hardware & Component Distributors: Support small trial batches and mixed-spec container shipments without strict minimum purchase limits. Aftermarket Replacement Merchants: Accept single sample orders and supply matching spare wheel parts, with one-on-one guidance for assembly troubleshooting. We offer full OEM & ODM custom service including dimension adjustment, new tread mold opening and foaming density modification. All PU wheels enjoy a two-year factory quality guarantee for manufacturing defects, and we reply to all customer usage feedback within 24 hours.
