1.Aleader solid rubber wheels
Aleader solid rubber wheels are made of polyurethane foam material and do not require inflation. They are composed of a tyre and a wheel rim.
The outer layer of the tyre is made of wear-resistant rubber, while the interior is filled with high-density polyurethane foam, replacing the traditional inflatable structure and combining elasticity with support.
These wheels utilise the cushioning properties of foam material to absorb road vibrations, making them lighter than all-rubber solid wheels and more puncture-resistant than pneumatic tyres, thereby eliminating the risk of blowouts.
As an adaptable component for various equipment, they can be customised in size, load-bearing parameters, and tread patterns to suit wheelchairs, handcarts, small machinery, and more.
Their integrated structure reduces maintenance costs, making them suitable for outdoor and industrial environments. They balance durability with riding comfort, offering an efficient alternative to both pneumatic tyres and pure solid wheels.

3.Fatigue testing.
Our company also conducts numerous tests, including fatigue testing.
This testing method is based on the testing requirements of ISO 07176.
Testing requirements:
Single wheel load: 55 kg
Speed: 6.0+/-1 km/h
Bump block height: 12 mm
Test duration: ≥27 hours
Number of impacts: ≥200,000
Four pauses during the test
Inspection, observation, photography, and recording
The sample passed the running test. The continuous fatigue running test lasted 41 hours and 50 minutes, covering a distance of 251 km, with 321,794 bump block impacts. There was 2 mm of slippage between the tyre and the rim. The total weight of the sample before testing was 1,227 g, and after testing, it was 1,224 g, with a wear amount of 3 g. Based on the test results, the sample is deemed (qualified).
