Our polyurethane business originated in Xiamen in 2015, and we built a split-site production & research system to isolate lab testing from mass manufacturing and avoid process conflicts. The Xiamen R&D base is stationed at CAS Haixi Rare Earth Research Institute, dedicated to raw material modification and micropore microstructure analysis. Our core manufacturing park locates in Longyan Innovation Park, operated under Aleader (Longyan) New Material Co., Ltd. We also run a wholly-owned subsidiary producing PU/PIR air duct insulation panels, forming dual business sectors of mobility PU accessories and HVAC thermal insulation supplies.

Our core technical crew boasts two decades of polyurethane formulation research experience. Instead of temporary academic exchanges, we co-founded a permanent joint research laboratory with the Institute of Rare Earths, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2023, and maintain long-term technical communication with Professor Tang's polymer engineering team from Sichuan University. Academic institutions focus on molecular theoretical study, while our internal engineers convert lab formulas into mass-producible industrial materials and complete thousands of cycle durability tests. All co-developed formulas are protected by internal confidentiality regulations exclusive to our factory.

We launch five mature polyurethane product series, and microcellular wheel products take up 70% of total sales with an annual output of 2 million units. Each line serves an independent downstream market: mobility PU wheels for rehabilitation & intelligent devices, high-resilience foam blanks as designated supplies for Sealy bedding brand, customized integral skin foam for medical & infant safety parts, flexible PU sponge for general buffer use, lightweight rigid foam inserts for carbon fiber wheelchairs, fishing tackles and model aircraft. All goods pass ISO7176, national GB standards, RoHS and REACH; infant products comply with German GS standards, bicycle tires obtain TUV certification.

The factory fully implements ISO9001:2015 quality management norms, with complete standardized operation documents covering raw material incoming inspection, production line patrol, finished product test and post-sale abnormality disposal. Raw materials are sampled for density, hardness and environmental indicators on arrival; inspectors check molding temperature and curing parameters hourly during production; static compression and abrasion tests are carried out before packaging. We archive all inspection records and can provide complete certification papers for buyers' customs clearance and product filing.
