2017 | Entire production facility migrated to Longyan industrial zone, realizing large-scale standardized manufacturing layout.

2020 | Longyan Aleader Wheel Industrial Co., Ltd. established, optimizing production scheduling system and boosting bulk delivery capability of mobility PU wheels.

2023 | Strategic enterprise transformation completed: Xiamen R&D branch built joint laboratory with CAS Rare Earth Research Institute; Aleader (Longyan) New Material Co., Ltd. registered and settled in Longyan Innovation Industrial Park, transforming into a full-chain customized new material manufacturing enterprise.

 

Dual Functional Operation Model: On-site R&D Institute + Commercial Manufacturing Park

Founded in Xiamen in 2015, Aleader started as a specialized manufacturer customizing PU molded wheel parts for mobility rehabilitation devices. Faced with expanding global order volume and production upgrading demands, the company relocated all bulk production workshops to Longyan industrial zone in 2017, to expand manufacturing capacity and streamline on-site standardized production workflows.

Currently, the company operates two independent functional sites with clear work division. The Xiamen technical branch settles within CAS Haixi Rare Earth Material Research Center, focusing on joint material research and customized polyurethane formula upgrading. The Longyan industrial base serves as the central production hub, equipped with full-process foaming, shaping and assembly production lines. Besides, we run a wholly-owned subsidiary focusing on PU/PIR air duct insulation panels, covering two core business sectors: mobility foam spare parts, and HVAC thermal insulation building materials.

3. No secondary assembly outsourcing: Hub pressing, foam perfusion, tread curing, bearing assembly all finished inside Aleader Longyan plant, unified batch quality control.

4. Batch aging treatment: Every finished filled wheel placed 72h natural aging before delivery, stabilize foam inner stress, avoid later usage shrinkage.
