Foam Core Buffer Lessens Chassis Fatigue Loss

Fully injected closed-cell PU foam occupies the entire inner cavity, forming an elastic buffer layer sandwiched between the rubber outer tyre and metal hub. As the wheel rolls across raised kerbs, bumpy concrete ground and gaps between indoor floor panels, the foam core absorbs instantaneous impact energy rather than transmitting harsh vibrations directly to the vehicle chassis. During extended daily operation, constant subtle jolts get largely neutralized. This effective shock isolation slows the fatigue of metal frames, lowering the frequency of loose fixing bolts and delaying wear and cracking at welding joints on wheelchairs and mobility carts.

A seamless fusion layer firmly bonds the outer rubber tyre to the inner PU foam filler, leaving zero micro gaps or fissures along their connecting edges. Fine sand, stray hairs, airborne dust particles and diluted cleaning liquids are all blocked from penetrating into the wheel's interior through the joint. Whether used for outdoor travel, frequent corridor transit or routine surface wiping and disinfection, the inner foam filler stays free from dirt buildup and mould growth.
