In November 2015, the Xiamen tire industrial entity completed business registration and began formal order-taking and production. All assembly equipment was wholly relocated to our self-owned standard Longyan industrial park in July 2017 to realize centralized capacity upgrading. We registered a dedicated Longyan tire subsidiary in July 2020 and built exclusive production lines for rehabilitation tires. Our Xiamen R&D branch settled in the CAS co-built joint lab in March 2023, and Aleader Longyan New Material settled in the park in May the same year, launching two core production lines of mobility PU wheels and duct insulation boards simultaneously.

In 2023, our enterprise co-built a standard joint R&D center together with Xiamen Rare Earth Materials Institute, CAS, constructing shared professional lab space to independently develop IP-owned new polymer materials and realize mass production. Meanwhile, long in-depth technical cooperation is reached with Professor Tang Jialing's research team from Sichuan University Polymer School to jointly tackle research projects of modified PU and innovative foaming systems. Our in-house R&D team accumulates over 20 years of frontline PU R&D experience, independently finishing formula optimization, custom mold design and full-range product iteration and upgrading.

Our enterprise gains access to supporting professional lab space from CAS, and builds an independent standard finished product testing lab by itself, equipped with more than ten high-precision professional testing devices including vision dimension measuring machine, gravel abrasion tester, lateral impact detector, salt spray corrosion chamber, UV aging cabinet, universal tensile tester and programmable temperature & humidity cabinet. Every batch of finished goods will complete all-round mechanical, weather and wear performance inspection before delivery.

The enterprise fully implements ISO9001:2015 international quality management system standards and successfully obtains IAF mutual recognition qualification. A complete set of standardized operation documents fully covers document control, internal audit, equipment calibration, defective product rectification and senior management review. Full-chain quality supervision includes incoming raw material screening, real-time workshop monitoring and random semi-finished sampling. All environmental test reports are issued by third-party SGS to meet import access standards of all countries.
