The group sets up two differentiated independent operating entities. Our Xiamen research station locates at CAS Haixi Rare Earth Research Center and cooperates with top material specialists to develop innovative raw material formulas. Two Longyan production zones take separate tasks: the flagship plant mass-produces microcellular PU tires for rehab mobility equipment, while Xinyonghua UNT factory focuses on PU/PIR air duct insulation boards and full matching installation accessories.

Micro PU tires fit electric wheelchairs, short-distance scooters and intelligent transport robots; high-rebound raw materials steadily supply global brand Sealy for memory pillows long-term; integral foam parts are customized for medical armrests and infant car seats; sponge blanks apply to household cushions, rigid components for competitive fishing tackle and lightweight model aircraft parts.

All microcellular tires adopt green water-blown production technology, all finished goods successfully pass dual international RoHS & REACH environmental testing standards. Infant matching foam accessories hold GS safety certificates, and PU tires specially for bicycles obtain authoritative TUV test reports. SEM observation shows evenly distributed 50–100μm open-cell foam, delivering balanced outstanding comprehensive performance in shock absorption, load bearing and impact resistance. The tires require no inflation maintenance at all, feature excellent wear and aging resistance, and can be used stably for a long time on all complex indoor and outdoor road surfaces.
