The Quality Standards Of Aleader Tire's Products
1. Formulation of testing standards: Our company's testing standards for wheelchair tires are based on the international standard (ISO7176) and national standard (GB/T12996) of wheelchairs, and the quality standard of our tire's physical properties have been developed according to the maximum load capacity of electric wheelchairs.
2. At present, in the aspect of electric wheelchair tires & wheels, our main testing items include physical appearance (color, shape, damage condition, etc.), tire hardness, tire size, resilience test, compression deformation, load deformation recovery, tire running test, Coating fastness, etc.
3. Inspection frequency:
a. Physical appearance: full inspection;
b. Items of hardness, weight, size: Sampling inspection every half hour during production and according to the AQL value in the packaging process;
c. Items of Resilience, compression deformation, load deformation recovery, and tire running test: 2~4 samples are taken every week for testing.
