How to Check The Air Void Inside The Foam Filled Tire After PU Filling?
With our current technology and standard production process, we can ensure there will be no air voids in our solid tires. The detailed reasons are as below:
1. Technology: we do a full tire shaping process before production. Our filling process uses centrifugal rotation to uniformly fill the PU raw materials into the tires and fully realize complete bonding between the tire and PU Foam, thus avoiding any air voids inside.
2. First Inspection: every time replacing the material or starting the machine, we will cut one tire to check the inside of the tire to ensure there are no air voids or separations in the product.
With the above two production process,each of our solid tyres can get rid of air voids.Such stable product quality distinguishes us from our peers in the market.
