Rim Assembly and Installation on the Vehicle
When the tire is marked (the arrow symbol of the direction of rotation) on the side of the tire, when the rim is assembled and mounted on the vehicle, the arrow symbol must be followed.
When assembling the rim, a lubricant special for tire and rim assembly must be used.
There should be no damage to the lip of TL tires.
The pressure adjustment valve of the air compressor must be adjusted below 5.0 kgf / cm2.
When the rim is assembled, the pressure of the injected air higher than 3.0 kgf / cm2 will be dangerous. When the tire has the specified maximum air pressure, its instructions must be followed. In order to prevent a tire from puncturing, it must be inflated at a safe distance.
After assembling T L tires and rims, soapy water should be used to check whether there is air leakage in the part of the tires and rims and the valve parts.
If the lip of the TL tire is damaged, it will become the cause of (air leak) and (separation).
Type T L tires must use SNAPIN valves.
Type T T tires must securely fit the inner tube into the outer tire and closely fit the outer tire to avoid bursting or danger.
