Analysis of PU Tire Production Process


PU Tire Production principle: the production process of Pu solid tire mainly consists of evenly mixing PU materials (component A and component B) in the state of centrifugal rotation, injecting into the mold, foaming and curing through chemical reaction.


1. PU tire material mixing
The mixing mode of component A and component B is delivered to
the pouring gun head by the low-pressure pouring machine
through the precision metering pump, and the mechanical mixing is
carried out under the rotating speed of 4500 ~ 5000r / min to make

the materials of component A and component B mixed evenly;


2. PU tire mold injection
The tire mold temperature is assisted by electric heating, and the mold
temperature is controlled at 45 ~ 55 ℃. Before injection, the tire mold
needs to be cleaned, then sprayed with pu release agent, and finally

closed the mold and injected with PU material.

3. Control of PU solid tire injection time
The filling time of the product is set to 4.5 ~ 5.5 seconds. During the tire production
process, fine adjustment is made according to the appearance of tire production. The

filling time is set on the PLC control panel on the low-pressure machine;


4. Control of material temperature
The Material temperature is controlled by the material temperature control system of
the low-pressure injection machine, and the material temperature of component A

and component B is controlled at 50 + / - 5 ℃

5. Control of pu tire demoulding time
The best demoulding time of the pu tire is 5 minutes, which is timed by a timer. The
early demoulding time will affect the appearance of the tire, and it is easy to stick to

the mold.
