Standard Spec & Genuine Cheng Shin Rubber Outer Tyre
This foam filled tyre adopts official Cheng Shin rubber tyre as outer cover, fixed tread pattern C9277, uniform size 2.80/2.50-4. The outer rubber part is finished with standard vulcanization process from Cheng Shin, with stable thickness and consistent tread texture in mass production. Two color options are available for the rubber surface: grey and black. The outer rubber layer serves as the direct contact surface with the ground, bearing daily abrasion and external scratches during the movement of mobility equipment.


Pure PU Foam Internal Filling Structure
Every Cheng Shin rubber tyre's inner cavity is completely filled with polyurethane foam, leaving zero air chambers within the entire wheel. Liquid PU compound is injected into the tyre shell and fully cured into a dense solid foam core during production, removing the need to fit a separate inner tube during installation. The solid PU filler bonds tightly to the tyre's inner rubber lining to create a unified, one-piece filled wheel structure. This dual-layer build combining a durable rubber outer shell and solid PU foam core completely removes the puncture-induced air leakage hazard common to standard pneumatic tyres, delivering maintenance-free performance for long-term daily use.

Polyurethane foam infused tires, also shortened as foam-filled tires, adopt a dual-component construction: an outer vulcanized rubber casing paired with injected microcellular polyurethane elastomer core filling. Our Development Footprint
We kicked off our polyurethane business in Xiamen back in 2015 under Xiamen Aleader Tire & Wheel Industrial Co., Ltd., focusing on preliminary formula research and small-batch prototype production. In 2017, we finished full factory relocation to Longyan to expand mass production capacity. We set up Longyan Aleader Tire & Wheel Industrial Co., Ltd. in July 2020 to specialize in wheel mass manufacturing. Two key milestones followed in 2023: our Xiamen technical branch settled inside CAS Haixi Institute Rare Earth Research Center in March, and we founded Aleader (Longyan) New Material Co., Ltd. in May, stationed within Longyan Innovation Park to unify all PU material production lines. Besides our core mobility wheel business, we run a wholly-owned subsidiary Longyan UNT Industry Co., Ltd., which independently develops PU/PIR thermal insulation panels for central air duct systems, forming a dual industrial layout of medical mobility PU parts and HVAC insulation materials.
Section 5 Five Core PU Product Lines & Downstream Clients
Our product matrix covers five mature PU series, where microcellular solid wheels take up 70% of total sales volume, each line serving independent downstream industries:
- PU Microcellular Solid Tires: Matching electric wheelchairs, elderly scooters, service robots and strollers; long-term OEM supplier for multiple domestic & overseas mobility equipment brands.
- High-Resilience Foam Blanks: Authorized raw material supplier for global bedding brand Sealy, producing memory foam for pillows and infant safety cushions.
- Integral Skin Custom Foam: Molded armrest, backrest and cushion parts for rehabilitation devices, compliant with German GS safety standards for infant products.
- Flexible PU Sponge: General soft foam stock for furniture, packaging and daily protective accessories.
- Lightweight Rigid PU Inserts: Custom support filling parts for carbon fiber wheelchairs, fishing gear and model aircraft. All finished goods pass cross-standard testing including ISO7176, national GB series, RoHS, REACH; bicycle tire items also hold TUV certification.


University-Enterprise Joint R&D Mechanism
We do not rely on short-term temporary technical cooperation. Back in 2023, we jointly built a permanent shared R&D center with the Institute of Rare Earths, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and maintained long-term technical exchange with Professor Tang's polymer team from Sichuan University. The cooperation follows clear division of labor: university teams conduct theoretical research on polyurethane molecular structures, while our in-house technical engineers translate lab theories into industrial mass-producible formulas, plus thousands of cyclic durability verification tests. All jointly-developed formulas are exclusive to our factory under internal technical confidentiality rules. Our independent lab in Xiamen is fully equipped with SEM, abrasion testers, UV aging cabinets, salt spray chambers and universal tensile machines. Raw material inspection and finished product performance tests are all finished in-house without outsourcing third-party labs.
