Our Company

The brand launched its PU research startup in Xiamen back in 2015. After factory relocation and capacity expansion, full-scale production grounds were settled in Longyan Innovation Park in 2023, building a dual operation framework of tech R&D hub and mass manufacturing zone. The group runs two differentiated business entities. Our Xiamen research station locates at CAS Haixi Rare Earth Institute to cooperate with top industry experts long-term. Two Longyan factories take separate tasks: the main plant mass-produces microcellular PU wheels for mobility gear, while Xinyonghua UNT factory develops the full industrial chain of PU/PIR insulation panels for central air ducts.
Our core business mission is to supply safe, worry-free and durable polymer supporting products for all end users, with a long-term target to become a benchmark integrated service provider for global polyurethane application. Three operation rules run through all procedures: implement plans with dynamic iteration, sustain technical breakthroughs for steady long-term operation, balance staff career growth and corporate social responsibility. All microcellular tires adopt eco water-blown craft and pass international RoHS & REACH environmental tests. Infant foam accessories hold GS safety certificates, and bicycle PU wheels obtain authoritative TUV certification. SEM observation shows even 50–100μm open-cell foam, balancing shock absorption, load capacity and impact resistance. The goods require no inflation maintenance, resist wear and aging, and deliver stable long-term performance on all complex indoor and outdoor road surfaces.
We built an exclusive joint R&D center with Xiamen Rare Earth Institute, CAS in 2023, constructing standard shared lab space to develop patented polymer materials and realize mass production. Long-term in-depth technical cooperation is reached with Professor Tang Jialing's research group from Sichuan University Polymer School to tackle modified PU and innovative foaming system projects. Our in-house R&D team has over 20 years of frontline research experience, independently finishing formula optimization and full-range product iteration.
